The Youth Solution is a high-performance splitboard with a proven directional shape designed for youth and smaller adults. This fully featured splitboard opens the door for smaller riders to confidently navigate challenging backcountry terrain and explore the winter wilderness in all snow conditions.

Sintered base 8000
New ultra-strong material made from ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE) and carbon. The base is easily repairable, absorbs wax very well and is quickly removed.
Wend Natural Wax
Jones boards are ready to shred right out of the shop and are factory waxed with WEND natural wax.
Flip-flop base
Producing two or more basic color options minimizes p-tex waste. The order can be filled with either color. The color does not vary by size.
Karakoram Ultra Clips
Ultra Clips are the strongest and most low-profile splitboard clips in the world. They provide unmatched compression between the two halves of the board and are adjustable so you can maintain even compression as your splitboard ages.
Biax fiberglass
A two-way, double-layered, stitched fiberglass laminate that provides a fun, forgiving, and fast ride.
Bio Resin
Bio-based resin is a bio-based epoxy resin composed of 27% plant-based carbon instead of petroleum-based carbon. The organic raw materials used to make bio-based resin are co-products or waste products from plant-based industrial processes. The production of bio-based resin requires 33% fewer greenhouse gas emissions than conventional epoxy.
Oversized recycled edges
All Jones boards are made with oversized recycled steel edges for increased durability and improved production sustainability.
Side walls made of recycled ABS
ABS plastic is one of the necessary evils of snowboard production. We improve the durability of our snowboards by using only recycled plastic.
Factory setting
All Jones snowboards are factory-tuned at the tip and tail so you can go straight from the shop to the mountain.
Flex forever
Forever Flex is a new manufacturing process that stabilizes a board's flex and rocker throughout its lifespan.
Stainless steel reinforcement
Stainless steel plates are integrated into the nose and tail to improve the durability of the board tip.
Eco-plastic top sheet
Bioplastic top sheet made from castor beans. This eco-friendly material is ultra-lightweight, scratch-resistant, and water and snow-resistant (snow sticks less to the top sheet).
Classic core
Premium all-wood poplar core provides fun pop, consistent flex and solid durability.
