Shipping within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, in Canada. However, it may take up to 4 days before your order is shipped if we need to transfer an item from another branch. For standard delivery, allow 1 to 5 business days. Homies Boutique is not responsible for customs or other fees.

Allow 24-48 hours before picking up your package at our Chicoutimi store. The delay may be longer if we need to transfer an item from another location. Once the package arrives at the selected branch, we will contact you to let you know you can pick up your order.

We offer free shipping on orders of $150 and over before taxes, within Canada. Otherwise, the shipping fee is a flat rate of $12 for all of Canada.
*Products with high weight are subject to a shipping fee of $75 in Canada.

Homies Boutiques Inc. cannot guarantee the availability of a product even if it is displayed as "in stock." It takes 24 to 48 hours to confirm availability and you will be notified by email. Products purchased between November 15th and December 24th can be refunded online until January 14th, according to our usual policies.

Returns are at your own expense. Be sure to follow the instructions for requesting a return directly on our website. Then follow the steps in the process.

Yes. Unused products that were not identified as clearance items can be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the merchandise. When you come to the store, please have your original receipt and the item you wish to return on hand to facilitate the transaction.
Please note that in-store, we will hand the item over to the web department, which will then process the refund.
Terms and conditions: The product(s) must be returned to us in their original packaging. Only products in new condition will be accepted.

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of the merchandise for regular-priced items only. Sale items are final sale.
The product may be damaged during shipping or even during production. You have up to 5 days after receipt to return the product. Simply fill out the returns section in your customer account right here.

You have up to 14 days after receiving your order to return one or more products in new condition . Products must have their tags, be in their original box or packaging, and must not have been worn or washed. Only regular-priced products* are eligible for exchanges!
Process:
1. Complete the return form on our website and wait for an RA (Return Authorization) number from our customer service.
2. Buy the new product you want in exchange: correct color or different size.
3. Go to the Canada Post counter and return the package to the sender (Homies Boutique in Chicoutimi). Shipping costs are at your expense.*
4. Your return request will be refunded once the product arrives at our Chicoutimi warehouse. * WE ONLY REFUND THE PRODUCTS, NOT THE INITIAL SHIPPING CHARGES.
5. Homies Boutiques Inc. reserves the right not to take back any product that they deem damaged and that does not comply with the return conditions.
6. The amount of the first purchase will be refunded to your card, if after verification everything is in accordance with our requirements.
*Returns are accepted only for exchange and are not possible if it is solely because you no longer want the item.
*You are responsible for return shipping costs unless, at the time of the agreement, we indicated that your case was an error on our part.
IMPORTANT: ORIGINAL SHOE BOXES AND OTHER PACKAGING
Snowboard shoes, boots, and bindings must be returned in their original, undamaged boxes, without any mailing labels, stickers, or tape directly attached. You must always protect and package your products securely before returning them to us.
You will be charged an additional restocking fee if a product's original box is missing or is returned to us damaged.
