Features and Construction:
Flip-Flop Base
Jones Flip-Flop base models are available in two colorways to minimize P-Tex waste. Orders can be placed in either color, and the color does not vary by size.
Power Plates
Bamboo/rubber plates integrated into the wood core on both sides of the insert packs help transfer energy, enhance board response, and improve durability against edge impacts.
Biaxial Fiberglass
Biaxial fiberglass laminate made with a dual-layer, bi-directional construction that offers a forgiving yet lively board feel with mid-soft torsional flex and quick energy transfer.
BComp Carbon Linen Stringer
BComp Carbon/Linen stringers offer a perfect balance of performance: carbon provides exceptional pop, and linen absorbs vibrations and reduces CO₂ emissions compared to a full-carbon stringer. Developed in collaboration with the Swiss engineering firm BComp.
Premium Topsheet
Durable and scratch-resistant premium topsheet, designed to withstand rigorous daily use in extreme conditions.
Sintered 8000 Base
Premium sintered base material, ultra-fast, highly wax-absorbent, easy to repair, and recognized as one of the most durable and resistant base materials in the industry.
Bio-Resin
A bio-based epoxy made with 27% plant carbon that reduces CO₂ emissions by 33% compared to conventional petroleum-based epoxy. Derived from plant industrial by-products, it offers unparalleled bonding properties for peak durability and performance.
Recycled ABS
Recycled ABS sidewalls with a rounded finish designed to improve durability by reducing topsheet chipping and impact damage.
Recycled Edges
Heavy-duty steel edges made from recycled German steel, designed for maximum strength and long-term durability.
