The new Independent MiD trucks feature a lower hanger for optimal nose-to-tail contact angle, ideal for flip tricks, ledges and street skating.

They are recommended for a wheel size less than or equal to 53 mm.

The newly designed, first-ever Independent inverted pivot can be used with either a 5.5mm Allen key or a standard 9/16" Allen key. The innovative new shaft nut integrated into the base plate provides a rigid and durable solution to lateral movement, typical of most inverted pivots, and maximizes adjustability.

The new 52mm MiD features Independent's legendary geometry, with full-size bushings for optimal rotation. This all-new design includes new baseplate markings and size designations under the dropout for easy identification. 52mm dropout and baseplate made from 356 aluminum, 4140 chromoly steel axle, and a grade 8 inverted steerer tube with 9/16" and 5.5mm.
