SHIPPING: Within 24 hours from Monday to Friday, in Canada. However, it may take up to 4 days for your order to ship if we need to retrieve an item from another branch. RETURNS: For a return to be accepted, the request must be made within 15 days of the receipt date of your regular-priced item only. All returns are at your expense, unless it is our error.
