Jor Ros grew up traveling back and forth between Mexico and the United States, spending his free time composing characters and creating fictional worlds through his drawings. Today, the Barcelona-based artist has developed a portfolio of digital illustrations that imagine the contemporary urban samurai warrior, borrowing motifs and aesthetic characteristics from traditional Japanese folklore and American cartoons through a warm and appealing palette. We are excited to introduce Jor as our latest featured artist and bring a unique Far Eastern style to Sector 9's West Coast craftsmanship.
