SHIPPING: Within 24 hours from Monday to Friday, within Canada. However, it may take up to 4 days for your order to be shipped if we need to retrieve an item from another branch. Standard delivery takes between 3 and 5 business days, and express delivery takes 1 to 2 days. Boutique Homies is not responsible for customs fees or other charges.

RETURNS: For a return to be accepted, the request must be made within 15 days of the receipt date for your regular-priced item only. All returns are at your expense, unless it is an error on our part. Items must also be returned in their original packaging.
