Return request
You have up to 14 days after receiving your order to return one or more products in new condition . Products must have their tags, be in their original box or packaging, and must not have been worn or washed. Only regular-priced products* are eligible for exchanges.
PROCESS :
1. On boutiquehomies.ca, log in to your Shopify account (or create one with the same email as your original order for those who didn't create one at the time of purchase) and find the product(s) you want to return. Click on Request a Return and follow the steps.
2. Buy the new product you want in exchange: correct color or different size.
3. Go to the Canada Post counter and return the package to the sender (Homies Boutique in Chicoutimi). Shipping costs are at your expense.*
4. Your return request will be refunded once the product arrives at our Chicoutimi warehouse.
5. Homies Boutiques Inc. reserves the right not to take back any product that they deem damaged and that does not comply with the return conditions.
6. The amount of the first purchase INCLUDING the initial shipping costs will be refunded to your card, if after verification everything is in accordance with our requirements.
*Returns are accepted only for exchange and are not possible if it is solely because you no longer want the item.
*You are responsible for return shipping costs unless, at the time of the agreement, we indicated to you that your case was an error on our part.
IMPORTANT: ORIGINAL SHOE BOXES AND OTHER PACKAGING
Snowboard shoes, boots, and bindings must be returned in their original, undamaged boxes, without any mailing labels, stickers, or tape directly attached. You must always protect and package your products securely before returning them to us.
You will be charged an additional restocking fee if a product's original box is missing or is returned to us damaged.
