Return request
You have up to 14 days after receiving your order to return one or more products in new condition. Products must have their tags, be in their original box or packaging, and not have been worn or washed. Only regular-priced products* are eligible for exchanges.
PROCESS:
1. On boutiquehomies.ca, log in to your Shopify account (or create one using the same email as your initial order for those who didn't create one at the time of purchase) and find the product(s) you want to return. Click on "request a return" and follow the steps.
2. Purchase the new product you wish to exchange for: correct color or different size.
3. Return the product to us using your preferred carrier, Homies 1697 boul. Talbot, Chicoutimi, Qc, g7h 7y4. Shipping costs are at your expense.*
4. Your return request will be refunded once the product arrives at our Chicoutimi warehouse.
5. Les Boutiques Homies inc. reserves the right not to accept a product they deem damaged or not in compliance with the return policy.
6. The amount of the initial purchase, INCLUDING initial shipping costs, will be refunded to your card if, after verification, everything complies with our requirements.
*Returns are only accepted for exchanges and are not possible if you simply no longer want the item.
*You are responsible for return shipping costs unless we have indicated that your case was an error on our part during the agreement.
IMPORTANT: ORIGINAL SHOE BOXES AND OTHER PACKAGING
Shoes, boots, and snowboard bindings must be returned in their original boxes in good condition, without shipping labels, stickers, or adhesive tape directly affixed to them. You must always protect the products and package them securely before returning them to us.
Additional restocking fees will be charged if a product's original box is missing or returned damaged.
