WHO IS ARTHUR LONGO?
Who wouldn't dream of riding like Arthur Longo? His ultra-calm aerial style and control are something to be envied. Hailing from France, he possesses raw talent, and his ability to attack any type of slope makes him one of the most complete snowboarders around. Whether at the Olympics or at smaller snowpark events, he makes riding at his level feel like a relaxed walk in the park.
SNOW SINCE THE 90S
This isn't the 32-year-old's first rodeo. This French snowboarder has been hitting the slopes since the 1990s and has racked up tons of awards.
SNOW COMPETITION AND VIDEOS
His impressive list of achievements includes his first victory in 1999 as French Halfpipe Champion. Subsequently, from 2007 to 2010, he won numerous events that led him straight to the Vancouver Olympic Games. His time there was marked by a 19th place in the Halfpipe. His frenetic race didn't stop there: in 2013, he won 2nd place in the SuperPire at the Winter X Games. This allowed him to return to the Olympic stage in Sochi in 2014, where he reached the semi-finals.
